Tell me about yourself:
MD: I grew up in an Italian family just outside of Providence, Rhode Island. I am the middle child of three sisters so I know how to share a bathroom! I am extremely close with my entire family, but realizing at a relatively early age that Rhode Island wouldn't be able to offer me the tools and outlets that enhance one's career, I split.
Growing up, did you ever think you would be on reality TV?
MD: Honestly, I never even thought I'd be an actor, never mind landing a reality show on MTV. I knew I always enjoyed entertaining people and thus playing football all my life, I thought that was my outlet to do so. Apparently, I thought wrong.
Tell me about your time on Ex on the Beach:
MD: I had an absolute blast on Ex on the Beach and I wouldn't trade that experience for the world. I made life long friends (and some enemies), but ultimately it was a very unique experience that will be carried with me for the rest of my life. I'd like to think I was known as the office funny guy or 'Dwight Shrute" of the show, even despite most of my one-liners never actually landing!
If you could be on any other reality show which would it be?
MD: Most definitely "The Bachelor" because the idea of twenty or so girls, fighting for my affection, sounds like my nightly-occurring dream.
What was it like being in Camila Cabello's music video?
MD: Starring in Camila's music video for "Havana" definitely takes the cake for the best opportunity I've had thus far in life. She is an absolute blessing to be around and one of the most talented individuals I've ever worked with (and sung in the shower to).
If you could be in any other music video for anyone else who would it be?
MD: In my honest opinion, I would love to remake the video to Simple Plan's "I'm Just a Kid" and the whole plotline would be the camera following me around doing childish stuff but as a gown man!
What's a fun fact some people may not know about you?
MD: I was an All-American football player. I was selected to the under-19 United States National Football Team two years in a row, in which we played international teams both in Texas and Kuwait!
Will we see you on any more reality shows or music videos in the near future?
MD: I don't think I am contractually able to answer said question, but let's just say this won't be the last time you'll be seeing from me.
If you could have dinner with three people who would they be and why?
MD: Easy, I would pick Ellen, Dr. Phil, and Oprah. Mainly so that I can bring up the topic of best talk show ever and see if anything gets physical...
